Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operations of the Refiner Rebuild Center, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Oversee the refurbishment and rebuilding of refiner components, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians and staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Supervise the shipping department, ensuring timely receipt and shipment of items, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure project targets are met, including labor efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery.
- Maintain production schedule priorities by closely monitoring project timelines and actively participating in production meetings to ensure alignment with overall project goals and deadlines.
- Special projects as assigned / required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or service-related background in close-tolerance machining, metal working, materials, capital planning.
- SAP experience strongly preferred.
