Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at BAVIERA INVESTMENTS INC. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and Workforce Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers, to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in food service management, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
