The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of claims, including administrative and production functions. Your expertise in industry-specific estimating software (Xactimate) and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare estimates using Xactimate
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders
Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to meet deadlines
Collect and analyze data to determine restoration needs
Develop schedules and budgets

Requirements

Valid Class G Ontario Driver's license with no restrictions
Experience in Xactimate/XA or Encircle
Ability to operate a company-owned vehicle
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotating schedule
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and holidays
Willingness to undergo a criminal background check
