About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at GoMaterials. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the smooth processing of quotes and orders, ensuring product quality, competitive pricing, and consistent service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Monitor and analyze procurement data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
