Key Responsibilities

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing sales, administrative and operational support to assist Financial Consultants & Portfolio Managers in maintaining high standards for all clients. This includes:

  • Providing service and sales support to Financial Consultants and Portfolio Managers
  • Responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and effective manner
  • Processing trade requests and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
  • Maintaining accurate client records and database updates
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and projects as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A university or college degree, preferably in a business or financial field
  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • IR licensed with IIROC
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM2
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
