Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated professional to deliver exceptional client care and support. As a Hearing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through comprehensive hearing tests, interpreting test results, and providing personalized hearing aid solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough hearing assessments and provide expert recommendations for hearing aid solutions
  • Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry technology and trends to provide clients with ongoing hearing health education
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and efficient clinic culture

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Audiology or a diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program
  • Registered and in good standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body
  • Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and devices

Physical and Mental Demands

  • Ability to operate audiological equipment and execute the fitting and molding of hearing aid devices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
