Job Title: Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at Nadji Architects Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to professional architects in conducting research, preparing drawings, architectural models, specifications, and contracts, and supervising construction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and development of building projects, including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Public buildings.
  • Provide technical support in analyzing building codes, by-laws, space requirements, site requirements, and other technical documents.
  • Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Supervise construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in technical skills and software applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Computer-aided drafting, ArchiCAD, and other architectural software programs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
