Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at YJK Enterprise Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing meals, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning: Plan and prepare menus for our clients, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support staff.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our clients' needs.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
