Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the HR department in coordinating staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Direct staff, motivate, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Perform data entry, compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports, advise senior management, and maintain digital databases.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sale, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
