Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at TF Renovations. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction and assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications and pave and rake asphalt as needed.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance work and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites as required.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Team player with a hardworking attitude.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours per week.
