Zoic Studios is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compositor to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our visual effects team, you will be responsible for creating complex composites and participating in the look development process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and produce creative and convincing imagery combining stage and CG elements
- Apply knowledge of photography, color theory, composition, stage/CG lighting
- Establish and share workflows, tools, best practices to support shot production
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues across disciplines
- Maintain aesthetic integrity and technical standards of work
- 5+ years Digital Compositing experience, preferably on feature films
- Experience in Nuke, Nuke Studio/Hiero, and Photoshop
- Ability to work efficiently and independently under tight deadlines
- Excellent time management, proactive approach to problem solving, and respect for deadlines
Zoic Studios offers a competitive salary range of $45 - $65, depending on experience. We are an artist-owned and operated VFX studio that values work-life balance and creativity.
This is a permanent position based in Vancouver, British Columbia. All applicants must reside in the Lower Mainland and be eligible to work in Canada.
