Job Summary:

Company 3 / Method Studios is seeking a highly skilled Compositor, Sr. to join our VFX department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality compositing work on a variety of projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Composite complex shots, including roto, tracking, paint, animation, and element creation.
  • Work closely with the Compositing Supervisor and VFX Producer to achieve the highest creative and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of live-action and CGI elements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry-standard software, including Nuke, Photoshop, and AfterEffects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in compositing, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in Nuke, Photoshop, and AfterEffects, with knowledge of 3D particle systems and Fusion.
  • Strong understanding of color, colorspace, and lighting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
