Community Outreach Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Community Outreach Coordinator at the Downtown Community Safety Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, mentorship, and support to our outreach team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement case management policies and procedures.
- Conduct weekly case management meetings with outreach team members.
- Represent the Downtown Community Safety Partnership on committees with external partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee payworks profiles for outreach team members.
- Document and report all staff-related personnel issues to the COAR Manager.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary educational background in Social Services or related discipline.
- Experience in crisis counseling and outreach.
- Proven experience with direct engagement with the vulnerable sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, team building, problem solving, advocacy, and communication skills.
