About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Campaign Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will be responsible for creating engaging marketing copy in both English and French for various digital, mobile, and print channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop clear and concise marketing copy for campaigns, including email, social media, and print materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts that reflect the desired strategy and brand personality
  • Work with graphic designers and member experience consultants to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials
  • Use project management tools to execute campaigns on time and interact with stakeholders
  • Provide support to internal teams and external plan sponsors/consultants as needed
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Journalism, Marketing Communications, or English
  • Experience in progressive copywriting and editing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Wrike, Microsoft Sharepoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Bonus points for experience/knowledge of email coding and automation, InDesign, and the pension and financial services industry
