Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team of dedicated consultants. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering advice and recommendations on our products, and supporting the store management team in driving sales and profit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Offer advice and recommendations on our products, including our 2,000 vegetarian/vegan options
  • Support the store management team in driving sales and profit through the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Learn and understand our products, including their origins and ingredients
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
