About the Role:

  • As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and processing inventory, shipping products to customers, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
  • You will work closely with our Parts Department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to customers.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process inventory, including inspecting and verifying shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Ship products to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the Parts Department and overall business operations.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a logistics or inventory-related role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
