About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Growth Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and commercial excellence through strategic planning, business development, and market eminence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic plans to grow the business, and build a book of business.
  • Commercial Excellence: Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, improve market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Market Eminence: Establish and maintain thought leadership in the industry, develop and deliver innovative solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Client Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or Life Sciences.
  • Experience: 15+ years of life sciences/pharmaceutical experience, including consulting.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of HTA, reimbursement systems, and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), with extensive experience in leading and developing submissions to HTA agencies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Global or Regional Experience: Experience of developing strategic global or regional outcomes research plans.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong history of successfully selling, delivering, and growing revenues.
  • Practice Building: Recent experience working with large national and global accounts, with a strong and demonstrable track record of successful practice building.
