Job Summary
The Graduate Assistant will provide research support to students and faculty members at Toronto Metropolitan University. This is a great opportunity for students to gain experience in academic support and develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with students on research projects and provide guidance on academic matters.
- Assist in the grading of assignments and exams, and proctor tests and quizzes.
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop and implement research projects.
- Provide administrative support to the department and participate in departmental events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Graduate Assistant or in a related role.
- Enrolled in a Master's or PhD program at Toronto Metropolitan University.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
- Master's students: $47.06 per hour
- PhD students: $50.82 per hour
