Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales staff to duties and ensure the sales floor is fully staffed at all times
  • Hire and train new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in the role
  • Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock is always available and not overstocked
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
Supervision:

The Retail Store Team Lead will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 sales staff members.
