About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Fat Bastard Burrito. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring the highest quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our menu standards and quality control procedures.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff.
