Job Title: Installation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Installation Specialist to join our team at Trusser Construction. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and utilizing hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated products
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products
  • Determine layout and installation procedures
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Supervise other workers
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical demands of the job require attention to detail and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Reliability, accuracy, and client focus are essential
