We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
As a Line Cook at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced cooks and kitchen staff. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment.
