Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wills Administrator Assistant to join our team at Royal Trust Corporation of Canada. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional support to our Will and Estate Advisors, ensuring the smooth management of client accounts and enhancing the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Will and Estate Advisors, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our internal CRM tool
  • Coordinate client meetings, prepare documentation, and manage filing systems
  • Assist in preparing client mailings, expense reports, and presentations
  • Recognize and direct new business and referral opportunities to the appropriate partner
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with Royal Trust policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Post-secondary education or relevant work experience
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
