Job Title: Trailer Park Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Trailer Park Operations Manager to join our team at Edson RV Park & Campground. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our trailer park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the trailer park remains in good condition.
  • Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally to ensure the well-being of our guests.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain the trailer park.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the trailer park.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
