Job Title: Trailer Park Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trailer Park Supervisor to join our team at Edson RV Park & Campground. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our trailer park.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and respond promptly to resolve issues.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
