High Profile Security Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and hard-working individual to join our team as a High Profile Security Guard at a corporate office site in Vancouver and Burnaby.
About the Role:This position requires an OFA 2 (Intermediate) certification, security experience in a similar role, and open availability. As a High Profile Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both the client and its guests, responding to emergency service requests, and patrolling duties including regular building patrols and inspections of data server rooms.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Respond to emergency service requests and incidents
- Conduct regular building patrols and inspections of data server rooms
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any incidents or concerns
- Write reports and document incidents
- Valid BC security license
- OFA 2 certificate
- 1-2 years of security experience in retail preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional deportment and accountability
