Your keen eye for innovation will drive continuous improvement, as you identify opportunities to optimize design and material selections, enhancing value for our clients.

From tendering to contract management, you will navigate every aspect of project finances with precision, tracking budgets, quantifying design changes, and managing progress claims and change orders. As a mentor and coach, you will empower team members, while ensuring unwavering adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

  • As the successful candidate, you are a P.Eng. (Civil) with experience in large civil projects and are proficient in MS Project. A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be considered an asset. Demonstrated leadership abilities, coupled with effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, are essential. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and exceptional time management skills are key attributes.
