Job Title: Hair Salon Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Hair Salon Team Lead to join our team at Hair Hut Barber Shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Schedule work for the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
