Job Description:

This is a temporary position until September 30, 2027, funded by a grant. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating U-First education sessions, collaborating with the program coordinator, and ensuring a successful learner experience. The role requires experience in group facilitation, standardized education programs, and person-centered approaches.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or social care, preferably with people living with dementia.
  • Group facilitation and education program delivery experience.
  • Strong knowledge of person-centered approaches and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
