Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Caregiver for Elderly and Disabled Individuals to join our team at VON Canada. As a Caregiver, you will provide personal support and homemaking services to clients in their homes, promoting independence and well-being.

">This is a full-time position that requires a high level of physical fitness and stamina. You will be responsible for providing personal care, household maintenance, and assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

- Diploma in Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker program">
- Current First Aid and CPR certification">
- Experience working with elderly and disabled individuals">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
- Able to work independently and as part of a team">
- Able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)">
Compensation
">The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a pension plan.
