Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting expectations.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs, and ensure that inventory is properly managed to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are properly trained and equipped to meet the demands of the job.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
