Retail Store Manager

At Rogers Communications, we're looking for a talented Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive customer satisfaction. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a seamless customer experience, fostering a collaborative team environment, and promoting our Rogers & Fido brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with our leadership team to develop and implement business plans that meet regional and store targets.
- Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet business goals.
- Support store operations with a creative spirit, adapting to an ever-changing environment.
- Promote Rogers & Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard.
- Engage and grow your customer base with personalized communication and outreach.
