Job Title: Childcare Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Childcare Assistant to join our team at Alphabet Day Care Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our daycare center, including assisting early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
  • Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train

Hours: 40 hours per week
