  • Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, maintaining a well-stocked and organized kitchen environment.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
