About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Oil Refinery Team Lead to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will oversee a team of 3-4 people in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and achieving sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel targets. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning duties, hiring and training employees, and managing cash.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills while making a positive impact on our customers and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
  • Manage cash and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Establish work schedules
  • Hire, train, or arrange for training of staff
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
  • Basic security clearance and a criminal record check
Preferred Qualifications

A degree or diploma in a related field would be an asset, as well as experience in retail management and customer service.

Work Environment

You will be working in a retail store environment with a fast-paced atmosphere, tight deadlines, and attention to detail required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
