- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, receive and process shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain visually appealing store displays, implement visual merchandising strategies, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and well-presented.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor and control shrinkage, investigate and resolve theft incidents, and maintain a secure store environment.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to meet business needs, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities, offer mentorship and coaching opportunities, and provide awareness training to employees.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees, assist with immediate settlement needs, and support social and labour market integration.
- Support for Youth: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment, offer on-the-job training, and provide mentorship opportunities.

- Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities, apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination, and offer mentorship programs.
