- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve sales performance. Maintain a visually appealing store display and ensure that merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
- Operations and Administration: Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling. Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and secure at all times.
- Support for Diversity and Inclusion: Participate in initiatives that support diversity and inclusion, such as mentorship programs, cultural competency training, and awareness campaigns.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
