Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at 1040023 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Train or arrange for training of truck drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that our transportation operations run smoothly and on time.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Recommend personnel actions to management, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate repairs and rentals of vehicles and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure that our fleet is always operational.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support our transportation operations.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the transportation industry.
- Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English is required.
