**Job Overview:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients with mental health and addiction-related issues to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement client care plans, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
  • Administer medications and provide treatment management to support clients' recovery and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate progress records and provide supportive counseling to clients and their families, promoting emotional stability and understanding.
  • Participate in crisis intervention and provide information on addiction services to empower clients in their recovery journey.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nurses or equivalent experience in medical care.
  • Current licensure in the Province of Saskatchewan.
  • Recent clinical experience, including medication administration and leadership duties, to ensure expertise and confidence in practice.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to foster effective relationships and manage priorities.

**Benefits Package:*

  • A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
