Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, toileting, and skincare
* Continuously assess and respond to the changing needs of patients, communicating available resources to patients and families as needed
* Perform delegated and assigned tasks under the supervision of a Home Support Supervisor
* Travel within assigned regions to provide care to patients in their residences or facilities

Requirements:

* One of the following qualifications: Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate, RN/RPN Student with a minimum of one year of completion, Internationally licensed Nurse, Midwife, or Physician
* G2/G License with access to a vehicle
* Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including standing, bending, walking, and lifting
* Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional personal care and customer service
* Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR
* Valid Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check
* Updated immunization record, including TB Test
* Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
