- Assist nursing staff in assessing and reviewing resident care needs.
- Schedule and replace staff as needed, ensuring adequate coverage for all departments.
- Manage care issues related to residents, families, and advocates.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or long-term care at the supervisory level.
- Current unrestricted RN license or eligibility for registration.
- Experience managing in a multi-unionized environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
