Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation at Scooly Education Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology strategies to support business growth and innovation
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives and formulate policies to drive organizational success
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technology leadership role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of blockchain, Jira, and Amazon Web Services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
