Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to join our team at Scooly Education Technology.

About the Role

The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for leading our technology strategy and ensuring the effective implementation of organizational policies and programs. This includes allocating resources, authorizing major departments, and establishing objectives for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies to drive business growth and innovation
  • Oversee the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide supervision to a team of 5-10 people
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a management or product development role
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain, Jira, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
