Customer Service Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Clerk to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a Sales and Customer Service Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process sales transactions, handling cash, credit card, and debit payments
- Operate a cash register, accurately handling cash, credit card, and debit transactions
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product information
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and facing merchandise as needed
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail sales experience an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
