We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Sales and Service Coordinator to join our Trade Partner Team at Whirlpool Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing product knowledge and sales support to consumers, retail sales associates, and trade partners.
Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound calls from consumers and trade partners regarding order inquiries, changes, product availability, delivery escalations, and other related matters.
- Respond to email inquiries from consumers and trade partners within established timelines, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Confirm and change orders, as well as manage deliveries to ensure seamless execution.
- De-escalate and resolve order and delivery challenges by working closely with the appropriate teams.
- Proactively manage orders to ensure quality and timely fulfillment.
- Communicate processes and policies to internal and external parties as necessary.
- Adhere to established guidelines and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide order and business process support to Sales and Supply Chain functions.
- Analyze data from various sources, identify trends, and provide relevant insights to inform business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Proficient in English and French (written and verbal).
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in appliances and consumer electronics is a plus.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- This role is hybrid, requiring work from Whirlpool Canada's Corporate Office in Mississauga, ON (in-office Monday-Thursday, working from home on Friday).
- Proven experience using Google Suite and/or Microsoft, with comfort using multiple network applications to source information.
- Must be comfortable completing a criminal background check.
