About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, including managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Control and maintain accurate inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking
- Implement effective visual merchandising and marketing strategies to drive sales and engagement
- Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize store performance

Requirements
- 5-7 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry
