Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cash Applications Specialist to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing cash applications, preparing bank deposits, and performing account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Match payments to unpaid invoices and ensure accurate cash application processing
  • Prepare and process bank deposits in a timely manner
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with customers to collect overdue balances and resolve any discrepancies
  • Perform other accounts receivable duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in collections or office administration
  • Graduate of a business or accounting diploma or certificate program
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a large customer base and thrive in a fast-paced environment
