Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
  • Kitchen Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
