About the Role:As a Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our franchisees and restaurant staff. You will work closely with our operations team to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with franchisees to communicate business matters, provide guidance, and training for successful restaurant operations.
- Collaborate with head office staff to provide weekly reports, coordinate activities, and communicate operational performance levels.
- Stay up-to-date on marketing initiatives, new products, and operational methods to effectively implement and communicate to franchisees and staff.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with franchisees, internal partners, and vendors.
- Conduct franchisee and restaurant employee training on an as-needed basis for restaurant openings and area-related training initiatives.
- Manage restaurant openings in assigned areas, ensuring successful execution and high-quality results.
- 3-5 years of operations/district management/training experience in the multi-unit foodservice industry.
- Experience in franchise business preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to develop new training tools and materials.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to manage priorities, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with proven leadership abilities, a team player who is flexible and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office and time management skills using Outlook.
- Must be comfortable with road travel and have a valid driver's license.
- Trained in standard Food Safety practices.
