We are seeking a skilled Hotel Laundry Attendant to join our team at Hôtel Alt Quartier DIX30. This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

As a Hotel Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for operating dryers and blow-drying machines, mixing and adding detergents, dyes, bleaches, starches and other solutions and chemicals. You will also hand fold and bag shirts, sheets and other articles, operate finishing equipment such as steam pressers, and use hand irons to finish pants, jackets, shirts, skirts and other dry cleaned and laundered articles. Additionally, you will assemble and bag finished articles, check finished dry-cleaned or laundered articles to ensure that establishment standards are met, and record damage or improper cleaning or laundering of articles.

In order to succeed in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be physically demanding. You must also be able to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and have judgement and teamwork skills.
